But, they store the client in Volatile memory. Even before the patches I couldn’t not play single player unless I logged onto their servers at least once. Playing multi player is out of the question. That is, your offline Campaign progression will not grant you any achievements. Your local saves will not be uploaded to. You can resume your Campaign anytime, from any computer provided that missions have been completed in online mode. If you play the online mode (that is, login to your account in StarCraft II) your Campaign progress, achievements and stats will be both stored and available on our servers.
